On the eve of the opening of the Artificial Intelligence summit in Paris, the Africa Journal interviewed Moustapha Cissé. A Senegalese mathematician, he studied in France before working in the United States for Facebook and then Google. He founded and directed the first Artificial Intelligence research lab in Africa before establishing his own organization, Kera, with which he aims to change the daily lives of millions of Africans.
