In Senegal, the Local Fruit Ice Cream Business

by BBC

Whether daily or occasional, a visit to the ice cream shop is a ritual that some cold sensation lovers never miss under any circumstances.

From artisanal ice cream makers to street vendors, the ice cream business is quite lucrative in Senegal.

A report by Raissa Okoi, Ousseynou Ndiaye, Papa Atou Diaw, and Elodie Toto for the show Questions d’argent.
