Made in Senegal: La Laiterie du Berger

In Senegal, only one local company produces dairy products made from fresh local milk. At the helm is young entrepreneur Bagoré Bathily. This report by Nick Loomis highlights Bagoré’s journey, the challenges he faced, and how his innovative approach is transforming the dairy industry in Senegal.
